About Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park protects the youngest mountain range in the Rockies, with the iconic Teton Range soaring more than 7,000 feet above the sagebrush flats of Jackson Hole. The park encompasses pristine alpine lakes, old-growth forests, and the winding Snake River, providing habitat for moose, bears, and trumpeter swans. Its proximity to Yellowstone creates one of the greatest wildlife corridors in the lower 48 states.
